Yes, in order to become red in colour - it needs low temperatures. It can't get frozen. But it is not so with Sarra minor. Most types of Sarra can tolerate temperatures of around minus 20C. Your type together with Sarra flava var rubricorpora are very sensitive to repotting. When this happens they lose their colouring for about a year or even two. You must keep your plant now at full sun as much as you can. Having in mind the low temperatures at V.Tyrnovo, you can place it inside when it's minus 10C.
